Kinguin charge $11.79 on top of every purchase, for "customer support"
There support is automated and they close tickets without resolving but marking "Resolved."
I have two "unresolved issues" and once they've marked it as "Resolved" there's no one to reach, BEWARE.

"Kinguin" copy/paste all solutions which does not help.
They charge $10.14 on top of every purchase to cover "good support."
We are an IT company, we have purchased from "Kinguin" many times in the past.
But if you need "support" you'll be at a loss.
We have has two cases open for over 20 days.
UPDATE: Kinguin has now increase their fee for "customer support & protection"..etc to $11.79.
This is on top of any purchase you make.
They have dragged my case on for over 20 days now, answering with AI bots.
I have files a complaint with "Paypal."
