I am very disappointed with the quality of emergency and customer support provided by this company. The customer service experience has been consistently unsatisfactory, with representatives often coming across as unhelpful and, at times, discourteous. There appears to be an over reliance on remote troubleshooting, which has not effectively resolved the ongoing issues. Despite repeated attempts, the problems persist, and it has been unnecessarily difficult to arrange for an onsite technician to properly address and resolve them. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would strongly encourage improvements in both customer service professionalism and the efficiency of technical support processes.
