The food and entertainment was amazing too.

We had a really bad experience with this tour!!!
Imagine, we booked a VIP package yet the driver came very late! We waited almost 3 hours! The package says the pickup time is between 2:30 to 3:30 and the driver picked us at 4:30!! We reached at sand dunes 5:30 no more sun!!! We only took few photos. We were expecting that they would assist us to the camp but no one did. It says in the package that the food will be served at the table but we still had to go on a long que for the food 😡 overall we did NOT enjoy the tour! I will never recommend this company! DO NOT EVER BOOK YOUR TOUR IN THIS COMPANY! Such a WASTE OF. MONEY AND TIME!

The thrilling dune bashing, serene camel ride, and exhilarating quad bike ride made for an adrenaline-packed adventure. We were then treated to a mesmerizing belly dance performance and a delicious buffet dinner under the stars.

They're just a bunch of hustlers!
First problem: We had an appointment between 3pm and 3:30pm. The driver only arrived at 4:30 pm, warning us at 3:15 pm. They said that since we weren't "Sand dune bashing" there was no problem with the schedule. We were worried about taking photos in the desert because we were afraid it would be dark.
Second problem: We had specified that we had a 1-year-old baby and needed a car seat. This was validated by the manager. The driver arrived without a car seat and told us there would be some on the spot. So he suggested we drive for 1 hour without a car seat and just hold him in our arms. We had to take the one that was in our car.
Third problem: we arrived on site at 5.40pm. I should point out that sunset is at 6.03pm that day, so there were just 20 minutes left to settle in, go to the photo site and take our photos. In other words, no time to do it. And what's more, there were no car seats on site. Once again, we had to take our 1-year-old baby in our arms to cross the desert...they didn't see a problem. I don't think the people there have children to offer me that. That was one problem too many.
I decided to cancel the tour and go home. And that's when 4 men came up to me, pressuring me to continue. I refused. I had to pay 350 dirhams to get back (without having done any I refused, of course, but they made it clear that I wouldn't leave without paying. It was impossible to collect our things and call a cab because it was so far away. My wife being 5 months pregnant and with a 1 year old baby, I had no choice.
Worst experience (not made) in Dubai.
Best desert safari tour.Our guide Qaiser was very punctual for pickup. He explained us everthing very clearly. Best part was dune bashing and buggy ride.

Today on 8th jan I booked for my family of 5 there vip package for AED 250 per person. The vehicle which was sent to us was extremely dirty, the holding handle next to rooftop was broken drink was spilled all over the rear seat. They agreed to change the vehicle at the quad bike area after we were done with the quad bike activity. I was told the that the vehicle will come in 5 minutes but instead we had to wait for almost an hour. When I complained to the guy that you keep on telling me 5 minutes and it has been almost an hour. To my utter astonishment that guy who was assigning the vehicles became extremely rude and started yelling at me. I want the company to take serious action against him. I believe his name was Yasir. I won't recommend this company to anyone in future.
Amazing experience for doing desert safari tour today we have attended by javed malik who is very cooperative well mannered and provided us the right guidance in all respect 👍

Our family of 11 had an incredibly disappointing experience with Adventure Kings Tourism’s Dubai Desert Safari. The entire trip was poorly organized, leaving us stressed rather than enjoying the adventure we were hoping for.
We spent over an hour doing absolutely nothing, with no clear communication about what was happening or why we were delayed. By the time we reached the camp, it was already nighttime, and yet the waiting continued without explanation.
This lack of coordination and transparency completely ruined what should have been a memorable experience. I strongly advise against booking with this agency if you want a smooth, enjoyable desert safari.

I was promised to be picked up in a LC but an old Armada came for pickup. I was with my mom and sister and we booked vip safari with premium seating. The were asked to shift from the pickup car to a 4x4 twice, one for desert safari and other for transfer to the camp. Paid 150 per pax and this is the service we got. The pickup vehicle had 8 people including the driver. We got the last row and it was pretty uncomfortable. The food at the camp was flop. Even at vip seating the food was never refilled. The shows at the camp was good. The driver who picked us up was also a good man. Don’t advertise this package as premium if u provide such service. Never recommend this to anyone. Pay a bit more around 250 and do desert safari from a better tour company.

We had Wasim as our driver and we had the best day. From the pick up till the drop off everything went smoothly and we managed to do everything with less crowd. Wasim helped us with the best drivers and experiences. My friend and I highly recommend the company and Wasim.
