We are so happy with Kenetic Movers! Tony, David, And Phillip moved two rooms full of furniture in record time. They made sure to introduce themselves, protected our hardwood flooring and other surfaces including a glass storm door. They were very polite and worked safely and efficiently and were sure to ask questions when they had any. All of the furniture was methodically wrapped and handled with the utmost care. For anyone considering Kinetic Movers, take this as a warning. They were the most expensive mover I contacted and also the most incompetent.

This is actually hilarious and complete fabrication. I never requested a refund for the deposit -- a baseless claim with zero evidence. As I note in my review below, I simply requested this "business" confirm the move was cancelled, which they refused to do. And you don't see them explaining that do you? A second lie is the unsupported claim of repeated hostile interactions. lol Where's your evidence for that whopper? If you consider honest reviews like this one as hostile, then you have a lot to learn about continuous quality improvement.
Bottom line:
Until the owner learns to behave in a truthful and professional way, I will continue to provide honest reviews to help others avoid Kinetic Movers on Google, social media, the Better Business Bureau, and by word of mouth. The high road for any business is to own up to mistakes, apologize, and do better going forward. But, that takes a leader with the courage to improve. One look at their response shows that you won't find those qualities in the leadership at Kinetic Movers. So, they will continue to lose business and it's a choice they are making.
Here are the facts:
The destination of my move changed by about 15 miles from pickup and I let them know well in advance. Initially, there was no change in price in their updated quote, so I moved forward and planned around that. Then, it was changed to over a $500 increase with no explanation, despite me asking for clarity twice in writing. When I pointed out what I asked for in writing and the original confirmed price, they back tracked and blamed me for their own error.
Scheduling was disorganized throughout. Emails were ignored or clearly not read, and I had to repeat the same basic information multiple times because staff could not keep details straight. Communication was consistently dismissive and unprofessional.
At one point, the staff member handling scheduling openly admitted he was texting while driving, which is completely unacceptable and speaks to the level of care and judgment involved. But, he did admit that's why he never read my emails.
When I asked for written confirmation that my move was canceled, that request was ignored. I also asked to speak with the owner about my experience, and that was ignored as well. Unprofessional.
High prices should come with competence and professionalism. Instead, Kinetic Movers delivered confusion, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. This company wasted my time and showed zero respect for customers.
Avoid them.
We have already responded to your concerns and provided our account of what occurred. At this point, it appears that each time we respond, new accusations and revised versions of this review are posted, despite the fact that no move ever took place.
The facts remain unchanged. Your destination changed after the original estimate was prepared, which required a revised quote. When you chose not to move forward, your move was canceled and no services were performed.
While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, repeatedly revisiting the same dispute across multiple reviews and responses does not change the facts. We have made multiple attempts to address your concerns professionally and transparently.
Because this matter has already been thoroughly discussed, this will be our final public response. We remain committed to treating all customers with professionalism, clear communication, and honesty.

Kinetic Movers were impressive from the first phone call! Their customer service was fantastic, technology made everything in the quoting process smooth (and the quote was spot on!).
