I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm due to extreme lack of communication and unprofessional handling of my case.
In the beginning, everything seemed great. The staff was attentive and responsive, which gave me confidence that my case was being handled properly. However, after that initial period, communication became almost nonexistent. For nearly two months, I could not get in contact with my lawyer despite calling almost every week and being repeatedly promised a callback that never came. Eventually, I found out that my case had been switched to a different lawyer without clear communication to me. Unfortunately, even after the switch, the same lack of communication continued.
At the last point of contact, I was told we were waiting on a settlement response from the opposing party. Since I was not receiving updates, I called for a status check, as I had done many times before. As usual, I only reached the receptionist. I calmly expressed my frustration about the ongoing lack of communication and the fact that I was always told someone would call me back but no one ever did. I was never rude or disrespectful to the staff member.
Shortly after, I received a call from the lawyer informing me that they were dropping me as a client, claiming I was being rude to their staff, which is not true. Expressing frustration over consistent lack of communication should not be mistaken for rudeness. What makes this situation even worse is that they referred me to physical therapy and had me attend appointments, but after dropping me as a client, they are now leaving me responsible for the physical therapy bills. I was told I would need to either file the physical therapy claims on my own or find someone else to handle it but regardless it's now "my responsibility", even though they were the ones who directed me to that provider. I am now stuck paying the physical therapist out of pocket with no assistance or guidance from the firm.
Based on my experience, if your case is not considered “big,” you may not receive the attention, communication, or support you expect. I strongly encourage potential clients to read other reviews 1 star reviews, as I later realized similar situations have happened to others. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience, and I regret trusting this firm with my case.

Mr. Oleg Fastovsky was GREAT! and even that is an understatement. I was facing 8 charges for a traffic accident I was at fault in including a DUI on my drivers record from a previous year. Some of the charges were punishable by jail time & he was able to get them ALL dropped. I walked away only having to pay a fine for speeding & getting the charges expunged from my record. This office is very good with communication, time management and HIGHLY professional.
