My aankope is binne 24 uur afgelewer deur Werner. Dankie vir die vriendelikheid en ek hoop dat almal hul aankope by jou sal doen. Die meubels is nie net pragtig nie, die pryse is uiters goed.

2025/03 : Koop 'n oulike klein lessenaar vir my kamer om BYBEL studie te doen en skryfwerk. Die tafel is die regte
grootte en lig om te skuif maar stewig. Die tafel moet self aanmekaar
gesit word, 4 hande is nodig. Stoel nie van KHAOS nie. Die prys was billik en die aflewering spoedig.

Purchased an Outdoor Buddy Braai from Khaos Solutions.
When it arrived there were scratches on a few of the parts, most likely during transit.
I reached out to them, and Werner responded to me that same night, around
22:00 that they would send a replacement and would only arrange for collection of the first one once I was happy.
Werner kept me well informed of the progress.
I received the replacement yesterday and assembled it last night.
Can't wait for our first braai.
Huge thank you to Khaos Solutions, and in particular, to Werner.
Many companies could learn a thing or two from them about customer service.

Excellent service from Werner and team. The first table/chair set came with damage due to mishandling from the courier company.
However, Werner went out of his way to ensure that I finally received the (new) product, in perfect condition. Communication was on point, and
I highly recommend them.
