In 2025, you started a new eCommerce business without properly understanding the market. I designed and completed your website exactly as agreed. After the site was finished, your supplier did not provide you with products to sell, and you then decided to drop the idea of running the business.

After that, you started asking for a refund — "not because the website wasn’t delivered", but because the business plan didn’t work out and you chose not to continue. The reality is simple: the website work was completed, and I delivered my part as promised.

Also, I provided you with the "full backup" of your website on your request. And regarding “rude communication” or “unprofessional behaviour,” that is not true — our communication was never bad, and I have the complete WhatsApp chat history as proof.

A sincere suggestion for anyone reading: before starting a new business, understand the business side first before hiring any developer. Otherwise, you risk investing without preparation and then blaming the service provider afterward. I completed the work, so I *rightfully deserved to keep the payment* for the service delivered.

One more point: I usually avoid taking clients from India for exactly these kinds of situations. I told you clearly that I don’t entertain Indian clients doing business in India — I only work for NRIs — but on your repeated request, I still accepted your project.

It was honestly a surprise to see a review containing false claims many months after the work was delivered last year. My genuine clients become loyal long-term connections because I deliver what I commit to.

To conclude: the website was completed, the backup was provided, and the refund request came only after the business was dropped due to supplier/product issues — not due to any failure in my work. I hope this clears the situation for anyone reading and helps people judge based on facts.
