Lucky to have such a thorough, organized and, in my opinion, best you can find home concierge company looking after my investments. Preciate EVERYTHING you do Kurt!!!! To start out Kurt is one of the nicest people I've met. That started with our initial phone conversation. This is just a reflection of how great his home watch service/concierge is. This is/was my first year with I Watch and I can tell you it's Top Shelf. Fully customizable to your specific needs. I have been using Kurt since 2018 and have been very pleased with his service. I find pricing to be reasonable for the services offered and I am glad to have someone watching over the property while I am away. Another advantage to this service, especially for those new to the area, is Kurt can offer referrals to contractors if needed and he is always available to contact with questions regarding the property. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have their home watched while away.

We were recently compelled to change our previous vacant home inspections because our security firm discontinued this service. We were very fortunate to have selected Kurt. He has an excellent Client Portal for communicating special requests, arrival and departure dates and his thorough reports following a home visit. Kurt has been very responsive to our specific needs. Communication is excellent. Based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend Kurt for any concierge services you may have relating to your home and property.

Kurt is attentive and professional and a wonderful communicator! He jumps in when you need him and does a thorough walkthrough whenever he visits the property. My wife and I have been using Kurt's services for over two years now and he has always been professional, a great communicator and hugely invaluable. Last year, we had a pipe burst inside the home. Kurt was quite an asset for us, as we were not in town at the time. His skill set and ability to act quickly when something out of the ordinary happened was phenomenal.
