Keystone went above and beyond with my full house window replacement. The quote was very reasonable and they quickly responded to any queries I had. In terms of communication the guys were friendly, explained everything simply and clearly, and made sure to keep me informed on dates, timelines etc. I had a few windows which needed adjusting in size and they were able to liase with some builders to complete the works, as well as helping out with the adjustments themselves on the day. As my house is very much a fixer upper the guys really helped me out and went well beyond their contracted responsibilities. Including picking up some building materials which would have been a nightmare to collect in my citeron C1! They even helped put my in contact with the builders as I had some other work which I needed help with. Overall I am very glad I went with Keystone. They are a family run business and clearly pride themselves on a quality install and doing right by the customer.

Great experience with Keystone - from the initial enquiry, site survey and suggested solutions, James & Simon were excellent and came up with the ideal solution and price for us in our quest to replace our old and faulty French Doors. Despite the less than favourable weather conditions which severely impacted their work schedule, they fitted us in nicely at a time that was convenient to us and (mostly) dry. Simon and Tom did a first-class installation, checking with us when decisions about final finish were needed and were extremely tidy, leaving the area spotless. It was also handy that they both took their tea exactly the same way! My wife and I are delighted with our new, secure and warmer doors and can not recommend Keystone highly enough.

The guys arrived promptly and were very professional in their approach to the solar film installation. Already finding a vast improvement in the new extension, as the solar glare has reduced significantly making the garden room more usable when the sun is out. Well done .. Would certainly recommend these guys. They also do extensions which I wish I'd known earlier .... First class..........

Very pleased we chose Keystone. It was a big decision and Simon came to our house several times to help while we deliberated over the style and colour. There was absolutely no pressure and he was very helpful and professional throughout. Simon came out with Tom to help with the installation and called back later to check everything. The quality of the door is first class - beautifully made, solid and draught-free. It really improves the whole look of the front of the house.

From start to finish the team did a great job. I have one of those houses where even the simplest of tasks is a real project, but the lads just sailed through installing windows and a set of French doors at the rear of my property. There were a couple of delays which were out of the teams control, but they communicated well and were more upset than I was about it. Overall I couldn’t be happier; the windows and French doors look amazing and when I had the windows measured for a quote for shutters, the guy commented on the quality of the windows and how great they looked. The team, James, Simon and Tom are all terrific! Simon and Tom worked so hard on the installation and were a pleasure to have around. Now saving my pennies to have them back next year to replace the windows at the front of the house. Highly recommend.

Simon and Tom were fantastic - did an excellent job installing my French Doors - there was extra work they had to do to install them but they did not charge any extra - they cleaned up after the installation and my place looked spotless. I wanted to recomened James and co from Keystone Glazing. After a very traumatic event at home., where a window was removed by the fire service to gain emergency access. James and co. were able to arrange a same day repair and refitting to an upstairs window. making our home secure again Both James and his collegue we kindness personified and utter gentlman while dealing with this issue There work is to a high standard and I cannot recomend them enough

Our caravan French doors needed some attention, The service we received was fantastic nothing was to much the frame was corrected so all angles made straight then new flag hinges on the doors so they could be set up correctly. Now are doors are good as new. Very happy all round. Big thanks Guys

A big door pane shattered suddenly and Keystone were able to attend and assess very quickly. When the new sheet of glass was ready the team came and removed all the old glass and installed the new on the day. Couldn't have been more thorough and tidy and a pleasure to deal with .
