I can't speak highly enough of Key mortgages and especially Peter. We have used Peter now for our mortgage services for our last 3 renewals. He is by far the best we've used. What I like the most about Peter is how he explains everything simply, no jargon, in a way that we can understand and digest the information. He always tries to get the best for us and the best possible deals on the market, thinking of different scenarios to consider. Most importantly for me, is the prompt responses, it makes such a difference knowing that if I have a question, I know I can ask Peter and I can get a quick response. Extremely reliable, likeable, friendly, professional, who we will continue to use going forward.

Key Mortgages is the only broker you should be using, we used Peter Grout who was recommended to us by friends. Peter worked so hard to get us a good mortgage and he put up with my 1000 questions and emails and always was kind throughout, nothing ever felt too much and he really made us feel at ease! The admin team aswell was spot on and sorted our documents for us and kept us in the loop and communicated with our solicitors and regularly updated us. 5 star service, we will not be using anyone else in future.

I had a stress-free and hassle-free experience arranging a mortgage with Key Mortgages. My advisor, Joel, listened to what I needed and understood where to look without ever having to ask twice. It was a tricky ask too, as I’m 52 and trying to get back on the property ladder on a single income, but they came through, and managed our meetings online at times to suit me. Very professional, great communications, and a lovely personal touch. Would definitely recommend!

I can honestly say that during the process of buying our home. Key mortgages have been great, they always kept us up to date with the progress of our sale and mortgage requirements. They have recently updated their app which helps you keep in touch with the team. We have been using Peter Grout as our adviser for 5 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is extremely knowledgable and professional. Peter always went above and beyond. Our sale was abit of a rollercoaster but Peter worked with us every step of the way supporting us, even keeping in contact with our estate agents to chase them and make sure the wheels kept turning. There was no question Peter wasn’t able to answer. Even when we was waiting for the solicitors to complete there searches and enquiries, the interest rates dropped, and Peter contacted us to let us know he was going to resubmit our mortgage and saved us monies on our monthly repayments on our new property! We didn’t only complete our mortgage with Key Mortgages, we also got advice and took out our Life Insurance. Peter found us the best value with the best cover for myself and my self employed partner. In short, if you’re a first time buyer or looking at buying your next property, I highly recommend Peter Grout.

What a pleasure to work with Lucy, Cathy, Chloe and the team at Key Mortgages. As a first time buyer, the house buying process can feel incredibly daunting but I didn't feel that at all! From my initial conversation through to post completion check ins, I had a first class level of service throughout. Thank you to all the hard work from this team who went over and above the normal work required to secure a mortgage. Due to running a cattery business from home we found it hard to find a broker who could secure a personal mortgage. A few hurdles to jump through from the lenders but Key Mortgages were on the ball and prompt with their problem solving. Thank you to Daniel, Chloe and the team.
