What a pleasure to work with Lucy, Cathy, Chloe and the team at Key Mortgages. As a first time buyer, the house buying process can feel incredibly daunting but I didn't feel that at all! From my initial conversation through to post completion check ins, I had a first class level of service throughout. Friendly, approachable, clear and constant communication/updates - everything you need from your mortgage advisor and team. Working with them has actually made this an exciting milestone and something I have enjoyed, as opposed to a stressful time. I couldn't recommend the team any higher and will be using them for any future transactions!

Thank you to all the hard work from this team who went over and above the normal work required to secure a mortgage. Due to running a cattery business from home we found it hard to find a broker who could secure a personal mortgage. A few hurdles to jump through from the lenders but Key Mortgages were on the ball and prompt with their problem solving. Thank you to Daniel, Chloe and the team. I would highly recommend this company.

We used Key mortgages as our chosen broker for our house as first time buyers. Everything was incredibly smooth from first contact and all the way through up to completion. The app they provide to go along with the service is great for communication and uploading documents. Nothing was ever too much hassle and I would be replied to within hours of messaging every time. I can’t thank Key Mortgages enough for all their support with the purchase of my first home. Lucy was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process – she explained everything clearly, guided me step by step, and really took the stress out of it all. It started with a quick teams call to explain my plans, and we looked at affordability, got a mortgage in principle very quickly then I was off to view properties. I really had no idea about mortgages but Lucy really helped to explain every single step and she was always available when I thought of another question! Chloe from the admin team was also a huge help, always quick to respond and so efficient in keeping everything on track. The whole team were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. I’d highly recommend Key Mortgages to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor – especially if it’s your first time!
