We have just used Kew Law for conveyancing our house move. We were expecting the highest quality service, due to the reputation they have gained in the area, and which is supported by these reviews. They easily surpassed even these lofty expectations. Their pricing was competitive, they were easily contactable at all times - often replying to e-mails within the hour. They are evidently respected by other solicitors and by the estate agencies around. When we panicked, they managed us. We specifically requested Emma Donovan, but in all honesty I believe that everyone in this firm is likely to be as effective, efficient and professional as her. Alex N. was regularly in touch with us and certainly this can be said of him! The parties each side of us in our chain were regularly chasing their solicitors for updates. We had no need - we had signed our draft contracts 2 months prior to exchange as Kew Law had just got everything all sorted so quickly. Truly an exceptional team - We're really very very grateful indeed.

We cannot fault Stephanie and her team for acting on our behalf selling our home. The service was excellent and we were kept informed at every step-would highly recommend.

I cannot praise Kew Law enough. I was buying a Park Home and the sellers solicitor’s were a nightmare. I am not having a good experience with this solicitors for conveyancing services. My purchase only is a simple cash purchase, with no chain. I appointed them late March. They were very fast off the mark to get me signed up, and they were totally obsessed with the AML requirements, putting lots of energy into that, but since then, they are only good at ghosting their clients. My solicitor is Jordan Jeffries, I have had ONE email from her the whole time which is now 3 and a half months. Charley, the trainee, does eventually respond to emails but takes days and the latest lack of response has been a week. They have not given me any idea when I can even exchange let alone complete. If I go in to see them, they never take the time to hear me out and if I ring they are 'not available' and if I leave a message they do not phone back. Totally unsatisfactory and I wish now I had gone to an online solicitor from whom I have previous experience and who were half the price! I still have to work with them or lose the purchase, but I can say in all honesty, I do not recommend these solicitors for conveyancing services!!!

We started with Jordan jeffries on our first consultation to buying our first home. After printing & filling out all the forms (120, 79 & 50 etc) we waited weeks & weeks to hear back from them. We were the ones that had to constantly email and ring just to get an update to which we could never get through to Jordan...After a few weeks Charley came on the scene. Who is a trainee solicitor (wasnt informed) just stated at the end of the email and started communicating for Jordan. Still being very slow at replying to emails...as in days. As always got an email saying sorry out of office today. Our Completion date was the 10th of July and what do you know they completed it at 16.30 last minute as always. If it wasn't for the estate agent I don't think we would have it completed and they wanted to add 4% to our bill if not completed, which it looked like they wanted. Never again would go to kew law.

I highly recommend Carolina. She kept me well informed and offered good sound advice throughout my legal process.

Kew Law LLP in Colchester have been exceptional at dealing with our conveyancing. Laura and her team, Harriet, Christina and Coral have been so professional and a pleasure to work with. They acted for us for our sale and purchase. We have had a really challenging purchase, that did sadly end in failure, nothing to do with Kew Law. We decided to continue with our sale regardless. We have now found another house and Kew Law have been instructed on this too. They are very quick at dealing with issues but more importantly their communication is fantastic. You are not left waiting, forcing you to chase your solicitor, they are always professional & return answers in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to recommend Kew Law LLP in the future!

Excellent service

Absolutely horrendous company. Never phone back when they say they will, ignore all emails sent to them. Phoned 3 times in one day as they never phone back which was regarding a police matter. Shambles of a law firm.

We had quite a complicated conveyancing situation with our house sale and purchase and throughout the whole process Sarita was calm, thorough and incredibly helpful. Nothing phased her and nothing was too much trouble. I trusted Sarita fully with the process and she did not fail to be anything other than wonderful. I can highly recommend her services to anyone.
