Brilliant.
Initial enquiry with Anne in the office was easy and pleasant. Anne explained the best mix for our needs and sent over the quotation. We agreed, paid and booked our delivery.
Keiren arrived on time and was fully prepared, professional and informative.
We had over estimated the quantity required but wasn’t a problem as it is all mixed on site and we only paid for what we used. The rest was refunded later.
This was the first time carrying out a concrete pour and I would certainly use K&B again. Surely it can’t get any easier.

Excellent Company
From Ann in the office to the delivery drivers, I cannot fault this company. My builder is hard to impress but, if he needs concrete again, he won't use anyone else, and I will certainly recommend you to anyone. The drivers are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Many thanks for making a potentially stressful project so much easier!

Brilliant. Great service on the phone, easy to organise. Good availability, good price and really nice helpful driver.
Even better, they mix what you need so you don’t have to overorder and then loose 3/4 of a cube somewhere. I will definitely use again.

From the initial phone enquiry with Ann to the last pour of concrete, Kettle and Black readymix were the consummate professionals. Ann took all my details and rang me back with a convenient time to deliver the concrete. The lorry turned up on time and Phil poured the concrete in the exact position and adjusted the mixture as we were going. He is a font of knowledge and advised and assisted us in making a successful job..

Concrete was 2 hrs late on a Friday afternoon with no explanation. Was charged £28 for going over time by 14 minutes. Called office to discuss and was advised that there was no chance of a refund.... Won't use again!

We are so sorry that your concrete delivery back in January was delayed by 1 hour and 32 minutes. We always strive to be within 1 hour of an allocated time-slot, but on this occasion, ran late due to previous jobs running overtime. We can only apologise again for this.
