Hello, we had a wonderful trip with Bijimon. Very caring, polite and punctual driver with knowledge of all places.
Thanks for providing the brand new car and nice driver. We will surely recommend KeralaTaxis to our friends.
Seamless experience, very professional driver (Murli), he is knowledgeable about whole kerela, recommend best places for eating out, experiences and a lot more.
Taxi is also well maintained.
Kerala Taxis provided a very good service and the itenary was well planned.
Our Driver Murali was very good.He was punctual and on time the whole time.
His driving was excellent and he navigated all the landscapes comfortably.
However the car provided(Ertiga) to us was not good. One of the AC vents was not working and he got the AC filter changed after the tour has started.(Ideally should have been done before the tour)
Our car got a Tyre puncture at Munnar.Luckily it was found out as we were in Parking at one of the sites otherwise we could have been stuck somewhere.
The cost of the car was highest in our package and the car provided was old. This was quite disappointing. The pricing felt a bit expensive even before the trip but now it surely feels very expensive.
Otherwise the service was very good and all the people we interacted through Kerala Taxis(Ajay &Sulekha for bookings and Driver -Murali) were all wonderful people.
Advice to Management-
Please ensure timely checks for vehicles and check for punctures and all regularly.
We had a wonderful experience with Kerala Taxis during our 3 nights and 4 days trip to Munnar.
Our driver, Shahul Hameed, was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the journey. He was always punctual and made sure we were comfortable at all times.
What we really appreciated was that Shahul took the initiative to show us all the major tourist attractions and beautiful spots around Munnar. He guided us well throughout the trip, suggested places worth visiting, and helped us make the most of our stay without ever making us feel rushed.
His driving was safe and comfortable, and his friendly nature made the entire journey even more enjoyable.
Thank you to Kerala Taxis and especially Shahul Hameed for making our Munnar trip smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone visiting Kerala!

We had an excellent experience with Kerala Taxis during our 8-day family trip through Kerala, from our airport pickup in Kochi to our drop-off at Trivandrum Airport.
Our driver, Manoj, was absolutely fantastic. He was always punctual, professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the trip. What really made the difference was that Manoj was much more than just a driver — he was also an excellent guide. He helped us organise our sightseeing efficiently, suggested places to visit and always made sure we were comfortable and never felt rushed.
He knew Kerala extremely well and was always happy to help with anything we needed. We felt completely safe with him throughout the journey.
The whole family, including our two daughters, really enjoyed travelling with Manoj. He played a big part in making our Kerala holiday such a memorable experience.
A special thank you to Manoj and the Kerala Taxis team. We would highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again if we return to Kerala.

Excellent service and an exceptional driver – highly recommended
We booked Kerala Taxis for our family trip to Kerala and couldn't have been happier with the service. Our driver, Manoj, was exceptional from beginning to end. He picked us up from Kochi Airport and drove us throughout our trip until dropping us at Trivandrum Airport. He was always on time, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. What we particularly appreciated was that Manoj wasn't simply our driver. He was also a very knowledgeable guide and helped us plan our sightseeing in a way that made the most of our time without making the trip feel rushed. His knowledge of Kerala and the various places we visited was excellent. Most importantly, we always felt safe and looked after. He was patient, flexible and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our family had a great holiday. We travelled with our two daughters and all four of us really enjoyed having Manoj with us. He made a big contribution to what was a fantastic and memorable Kerala holiday. Thank you to Manoj and the entire Kerala Taxis team. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone visiting Kerala, and we would absolutely use them again.

Kerala Taxis are the best taxi and hotel booking services we have ever availed. Sulekha got us the best deals with hotel and houseboat and taxi bookings. Jim our taxi driver was one amongst most caring drivers ever met, he took care of our family with little kids to show us around as a guide and got us to every place on time. Awesome Monesoon Kerala tour with Kerala Taxis
Our monsoon family Tour to Kerala was for 10 days from 7th to 17th August'26 in close consultation with Mr. Ajay of Kerala Taxis. We chose Kerala Taxis for providing us Car with driver after lot of research on different Tour operators in Kerala. And finally we found thar we selected the right agency based on our tour comfort during all the 10 days. Mr. Ajay, a soft spoken customer friendly gentleman along with Sm. Sulekha guided me in every matter before finalizing our tour plan. We finished the trip worryless with assurance of availabilty of Mr. Ajay & his team of Kerala Taxis for 24 x7 hours during the journey. He provided us with very good vehicle and excellent driver as per our expectations requisitioned to him. Our trip started from Kochi Airport where we had a very warm reception by Mr. Manoj with his Innova Crysta waiting for us. In no time Mr. Manoj turned very near and dear to us with his skilled long driving experience and very calm, polite and smiling face always. After our stay in Kochi, our tour locations covered Munnar, Alleppey, Trivandrum and Kanyakumari. From pick up at Kochi Airport to drop at Trivandrum Airport, Mr. Manoj was our pilot, friend and guide during all these 10 days. His knowledge about all the local areas including good restaurants, local foods, temples, Sea beaches etc. has no word of appreciation. Whenever we are in Kerala next time, without any hesitations our entire tour will be assigned to Mr. Ajay of Kerala Taxis and of course with Mr. Manoj as our Pilot. Thanks to Mr. Ajay and Mr. Manoj for making our trip happy and successful to the brink of it.
I had a great experience with Kerala Taxis, and a special mention definitely goes to our driver, Shahul. He was not just a driver but truly acted like a guide throughout our entire Kerala trip.
Shahul explained every place we visited in detail and gave us valuable suggestions about what we could explore, the best places to visit, and the approximate charges. The hotels he suggested were also really good, especially when it came to the food.
What impressed us the most was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Although our allotted cab timing was from 8 AM to 8 PM, Shahul was ready to drive us as early as 5 AM so that we could reach on time for our Padmanabhaswamy Temple darshan slot. This level of commitmentg and support made a huge difference to our trip.
I am genuinely glad that we got Shahul as our driver. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and always focused on making our journey comfortable and memorable.
A big thank you to Kerala Taxis for providing such a wonderful experience and especially for assigning us someone like Shahul. If you’re planning a Kerala trip, I would definitely recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you, Shahul, for making our Kerala trip even more special! ❤️🌴
We had a really good experience with our taxi service, and our driver, Murali, was very cooperative, helpful, and polite throughout the trip. He was always punctual, guided us well, and made sure we were comfortable during the journey. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend Murali and the service to others!
I recently visited Kerala and had an absolutely amazing experience! A huge part of what made the trip so great was our driver, Mr. Shahul. He was incredibly kind, super friendly, and always helpful. On top of that, his driving skills are excellent, making the entire journey feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend him for anyone visiting Kerala!
