Excellent job! Great communication throughout from Ben. I had quite a few questions and worries and my mind was put at rest. The installers arrived on time on the day and were both very polite and helpful. They put sheets down through the house to protect the carpets and were extremely careful when bringing through the old boards. The loft was insulated and boarded and looks amazing, great craftsmanship, being laid very neatly and precisely. The house was left beautifully clean, as was outside and all rubbish was taken away. Really pleased with the job, will definitely recommend!

Excellent company. They part boarded a substantial part of our attic for storage purposes for us. Both Jamis and Ellis were excellent. Polite, efficient, tidy and did an excellent job taking away all rubbish , leaving our new attic hatch, ladder and flooring ready for immediate use. We would highly recommend this company.

From the first email request to the finished installation, this company is nothing but professional. Prompt replies to requests and Ben made sure the work was carried out on a day that suited my working life. The fitters lagged, boarded, put a new hatch and ladder in for me all completed in 3 hours. As a lady on her own I felt at ease with Ben and the 2 fitters. Very competitive price and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fantastic Service Fantastic Service from Kent Loft Boarding. Ben was fantastic from coming to do the initial quote and understanding what we wanted. His price list clear and easy to understand and explained in good detail. Communication was fantastic throughout. The two gents who arrived to do the job were polite, and did the job leaving no mess and gave a full explanation after of how it worked. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company or using them again.

From start to finish a professional, friendly and helpful service- these guys know what they are doing and take immense pride in their work…I cannot recommend highly enough. The loft was fully boarded, with lighting, sockets and new extended hatch and ladder….making it a clean, accessible and useful space. I cannot recommend enough…I just wish they did other building work ….as I wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Had our loft boarded just before Christmas as not long moved in and we needed the space, Ben and his team couldn’t do enough, Ben quoted professionally and honestly and answered all our questions even if they seemed silly, they boarded and tided within a few hours and we carried on settling into our new home and had enough space to store things in the loft. Good stuff.

Loft boarding and new loft hatch/ladder Ben came to my home to assess the work and take measurements, then promptly sent a detailed quote. Communication throughout was quick, clear and friendly. The installation team were efficient and approachable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I was amazed by how much storage space the boarded loft provides, and having a dedicated loft ladder is a real bonus—no more carrying step ladders upstairs. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend.
