I stayed with Kensley Properties in Whitehaven while working in the area and honestly couldn’t fault it. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long working stay. Everything was set up properly — fast WiFi, good facilities, and a quiet space to relax after work. It made a big difference having somewhere reliable and well-managed rather than a typical short-term rental. The team at Kensley Properties were easy to deal with, quick to respond, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. If you’re working in Whitehaven or looking for serviced accommodation, contractor accommodation, or a high-quality rental, I’d definitely recommend Kensley Properties.

We were very apprehensive about our son moving to Cumbria to work at such a young age. However, Gary has looked after us, and him, extremely well and made sure he has been provided with a good property arrangement throughout his time renting. We even re- contracted because the service and quality of property is that good. Highly recommended!

Wonderful ☺ This is my third time staying here. It is a very comfortable and cosy studio, located in the town center and close to train station. Morrison and Tesco are only 5min walk, and the bus stop is right outside the door. ☹ It is a loft style studio, so taller guests may find the ceiling a bit low in some areas. I am short though, so it didn’t cause any issues for me.

Nice clean modern apartment , would stay again. ☺ Very central in whitehaven , was lucky and got a parking space directly across the road so that was magic . Nice charm , plenty space , nice big double bath which was nice after a day walking in the lakes. Greggs literally round the corner so 2 min walk for morning coffee and sausage roll !!! ☹ Nothing

I have been very pleased with the amenities provided and the cleanliness of my accommodation, that's been regularly upkept to a good standard by a cleaner. Gary, my landlord is very friendly and he's always been on hand in case any issues arise.

Finest service provided by Kensley Properties. The landlord Gary is a gem. Any issues that come up like no heating or wifi is down or anything is resolved so quickly. I have been living for more than a year and i have zero complaints. The bedding is changed regularly, all the rooms (including kitchen, toilet) are cleaned regularly. All in all you dont have to worry about anything except yourself and the rest is taken care by Gary.

Excellent service. Please attend to kitchen needs plates and cups . Also bathroom needs bath matts on the floor to keep floors dry after each person has bathed . Otherwise excellent condition
