They Cannot FIX AnyThing
Kelly’s Rescue Plumbing is hands down the absolute worst, most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! They turned what should have been a simple, 10-minute fix into an absolute nightmare that destroyed my house. It took these clowns FIVE SEPARATE VISITS to realize the problem was just a failed silicone seal around the bathtub!Before figuring out that basic issue, they completely butchered my home—hacking unnecessary holes into my walls and downstairs ceiling, and forcing me to replace a valve and an overflow gasket that were perfectly fine! The main plumber is too lazy to get off his ass, so he sends out inexperienced kids who don't know what they are doing. Unbelievably, they showed up completely unprepared and had to BORROW basic tools from me! I had to hand them my own screwdrivers, flashlights, and pliers just so they could do their job. They never even bothered to check their work when they finished, which is exactly why they had to keep coming back over and over again!To top off their utter incompetence, they are now trying to scam me out of OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS! They are actually charging me for EVERY SINGLE VISIT they made because THEY failed to diagnose the problem the first time! Charging a customer a grand for their own trial-and-error stupidity and a 10-minute silicone job is predatory, disgusting business behavior. I am absolutely not paying for their incompetence, their unnecessary parts, or their endless repeat trips. Do NOT hire this company! Stay as far away as possible. I am reporting them to the Utah state licensing board (DOPL) and the Better Business Bureau immediately!
