We had purchased a new build property and were looking to sell our current home. We had no idea where to start! We discussed this with various professionals, and we were introduced to Connaire McGuinness, an estate agent with Kelly Residential.
It’s only 1 month since Connaire first made contact with us and he was instrumental in making our sale so smooth and stress-free. We can’t believe it’s “all over” so quickly!
As we were first time sellers, we had absolutely no contacts and no clue what to do. Then along came Connaire and he organised everything for us. He scheduled the surveyor for the Home Report, he organised the photographer for marketing, and he arranged the online marketing, all while he was trying to have a family holiday. These visits were stress free, with our Home Report produced on day of visit and the photographs and drone footage of our home were amazing - so many friends and family commented on them.
Our home went live online on the Monday and over Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday, Connaire scheduled and dealt with 25 viewers over the 4 days. He carried out all the viewings, providing constant feedback to us, and even advising us of offers too. All of this was handled in a friendly and professional manner.
Connaire then presented us with all the options available to us, and he spent time going over all the offers and the pro’s/con’s on the next steps. We accepted an offer and were shocked that the whole selling process from advertising on the Monday, had only taken 10 days to sell our home. Connaire played a huge part in making this happen.
After-sale service from Kelly Residential has now started as we go through the missives stage with our buyer and solicitors. They are on hand to answer questions and to keep communication with all parties flowing.
If buying or selling a home, we would definitely recommend Connaire and Kelly Residential as they made the experience of selling our home so simple and stress-free.
