Declan was knowledgeable, professional and provided a personalised service from start to finish. Declan was always available to answer any questions and nothing was ever too much bother. If you are looking for an estate agent the team at Kelly Residential are by far the best on the market. A huge thank you to Declan for all his help he was fantastic and went above and beyond!

Sold our property in Thornliebank area super quick with the help of Connaire. Pictures, videos and listing up in no time, and offers in on the first day of viewings. Helpful and informative throughout the process, with plenty of advice and support. We are moving to a new build, and they are very familiar with this process so I’d highly recommend especially if moving to a new build development.

Kelly Residential are the best estate agents I have ever used (have moved 7 times). We had a few issues to deal with (none their fault) and their help was exceptional from Connaire our 'go to' calm first contact to the girls in the office and the other agents, nothing was too much trouble. If everyone in the conveyancing business behaved as well as KR we wouldn't have to deal with the mess Scotland's system has become. If you're thinking of selling give Kelly Residential a call, no hard sell, just professional advice and superb service!
