The system seams to be working fine the two guys that install it were very professional and polite but the guy that sold it to us promise sunlight to kill mole we didn't receive that

Today I had Abel coming to do the ac maintenance, he was great and show me how dirty my ac unit it was , I was surprised since it was less tha 6 month from that previous service, but he took the time and dedication to do a great service !!! I will request him again!

so this company came out to fix system 2 weeks later system shut down completely they told me 200 hundred dollars for a service call which is highway robbery veteran air did service call next day on Sunday for 89 what a joke of a company I do not recommend kelly air if it saved my life do not get over charged

When you reached out to our on-call technician on Saturday, he explained the standard after-hours rate that applies to weekend service. At that time, you chose not to proceed, and we completely respect your decision to explore other options.
We also want to clarify an important part of the process that may not have been clear in the moment. Your system is still covered under your builder’s first-year warranty, and all warranty requests must be initiated through the builder per the agreement in place. Because the builder’s offices were closed for the weekend, we did not receive the official service request until Monday morning. As soon as we received it, our team promptly reached out to schedule your warranty visit—at no charge to you.
We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused, and we understand how the situation led to frustration. Our goal is always to make the warranty process smooth and stress-free, and we regret that the timing over the weekend made this more difficult than it needed to be.
