Very Disappointed Be very careful using this company. They came out and told me the mother board was fried. They sent out a different tech to install it and was told that wasn't the problem resulting in s cost of $566 more. Than was told there were more problems with them wanting another $500+ and couldn't guarantee that would fix it. They tried selling me a new unit. Called a different repair company and they fixed it in just over an hour at a third of what Kelly air wanted. Glad i found a reputable company to deal with. I also called Kelly Air twice and talked to the receptionist asking for a call back from a supervisor and was completely ignored with out a return call. This will be my last experience with this very unprofessional company!

Quyhn (Quinn) came to my house to do semi-annual maintenance to my A/C system. He was very knowledgeable, polite & respectful. I took him up on his suggestions to add/install REME-HALO air Purifier, new Capacitor Condenser & UV-C lamp (designed to reduce mold and bacteria on HVAC coils), along with cleaning housing blower wheel from built-up mold. I'm going to request Quyhn to do my next maintenance on my A/C system.
