Marchin at Keep in Touch is amazing.
His customer service is top notch and his skills and knowledge with my son's gaming PC was wonderful.
We previously spent around £170 with another PC repair man, but sadly the fault couldn't be found and the time it was away from our home was lengthy, then when I reached back out for help he ignored my texts.
Thankfully we then found Marchin and I'm so lucky that we did. The time the PC was out of the house was kept to a minimum and the text/what's app photos updates were amazing. We were informed at every stage what was happening, each fault and the costing, with different options as to what we could do next.
Marchin even picked up and dropped off at our home address at a time that suited, due to us working.
Hopefully we won't have anymore issues with the PC, but I will absolutely get back in touch with Marchin if we have anymore technical problems with phones/iPads or computers.
Can't thank this man enough for his swift help and giving our son his gaming PC back.

I took my Pixel 7a to Keep in Touch to have it's battery replaced (it was damaged and was bulging cause the back case to come off). The service was quick, friendly and professional. I dropped my phone off on Tuesday afternoon, which was the day I called, and picked it up on Wednesday. Would recommend to others and I will use Keep in Touch again!

I am not giving 5 stars for no reason and not because I know the owner for years. I am giving 5 stars because for years every time when I have problem with any electronic device I've been helped and problem was solved. If something is not worth to repair, you will be clearly informed about it so you won't be waisting your time and money. This man got knowledge and passion in what he's doing and won't charge you millions.
