A lot of companies would’ve just sold a tire and moved on, but once we saw the spare was mounted on the wrong wheel (6 lug vs your trailer’s 5 lug), we knew there was a better option. We were able to dismount the good spare tire and remount it onto your correct wheel to save you some money and still get you back on the road safely.

We try to treat people the way we’d want to be treated — especially on those late night roadside calls. Thanks again for trusting us and don’t hesitate to call if you ever need us again 👍

Glad we were able to get to you quickly and get you back on the road safely. Those drive tires were pretty worn and had holes in a spot that couldn’t be reliably repaired, so replacing them was the safest call to keep you rolling without another breakdown.

We realize some time has passed since this review, but we wanted to provide some context for anyone who may see it in the future.

We were called out after hours to replace a damaged tire on this vehicle. Shortly before we arrived, we were informed that the key for the locking lug nuts could not be located. Unfortunately, all of the lug nuts required the special key, which meant the wheel could not be removed normally.

Rather than immediately calling it a loss, we spent over an hour attempting to remove the damaged tire from the wheel while it was still on the vehicle, but ultimately could not get the inside bead separated from the rim. Removing the locking lug nuts with an extractor was also not a reasonable option because all of the lug nuts were locking lugs, replacement parts were unavailable after hours, and we would have had no safe way to reinstall the wheel.

Although we weren't able to complete the tire replacement, considerable time was spent on-site attempting to find a solution, which is why a service charge was still necessary.

We always do our best to get customers back on the road, even when circumstances outside of our control prevent us from completing the repair.
