Got new front door last year, handle wasn't right from day 1, company came out to readjust a few times but problem would re-appear every few months and then company went out of business before they could fix again. Got in touch with Karl who came exactly when he said he would, found the real issue with installation in the first place and had it fixed in no time. Also gave some great advice on maintenance to keep the door and handle in good nick. Friendly, reliable and efficient, would fully recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Karl and KC Security. Called him this morning and he was out to look at the job within two hours. He went to get parts straight away and returned and fixed our door, and another door at the same time. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Great value for money, and an excellent service.
