Kasi and Erik were incredible to work with! The experience was so easy picking out an engagement ring. We were serious then laughing at times, very fun interaction getting such an important item. I was sad to hear the location was closing because we just passed by unplanned while doing another activity (great location for this store), and left with a kindly discounted ring. Was shopping with my son for son who’s on a budget and Michael assisted us on buying a ring my son was buying for his girlfriend. Michael was understanding and wasn’t pushy like other salesmen and helped us make a good choice with my son’s budget. So I’d definitely shop there again and look for Michael to assist me.
