I go to the dentist every scheduled appointment!
Why didn’t you work on my cavity when you first noticed it . Instead you said this is an area to be concerned about. Now six months later I was informed that I will be needing a crown . My question is do you purposely let cavities progress till needing more expensive procedures? And why did you not take care of my cavity when it was first discovered!
Very disappointed with your service!

Dr A and her assistant were absolutely wonderful!! Very caring and personable!! The job was done professionally and efficient.
I would recommend focusing on enhancing the front desk's training in customer service and professional demeanor to ensure all patients feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable upon arrival.
