Kassa Kool provided truly the best service I’ve ever received from a company in any industry. They came out the same day after another HVAC company gave me a highly concerning (and ultimately dishonest) assessment. Kassa Kool spent three full hours thoroughly inspecting the entire system, staying until 9 p.m. to make sure nothing was overlooked. They confirmed that the expensive repairs the other company claimed I needed were completely unnecessary, clearly explained what was actually going on, and gave me a very fair and honest price. Their integrity, expertise, and dedication were exceptional. It is incredibly rare to find a company that cares this much about doing the right thing for its customers. I cannot recommend Kassa Kool highly enough, and they will be the only company I call for HVAC service going forward.

My AC went out on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm. I called Bogdan at Kassa Kool off a recommendation from desperate google searching. Goodness what a pleasant surprise to find such an honest contractor. Bogdan was willing to come out that night (by this time it was after 10:00) for less that a $100 service fee, but also offered to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone which led to a diagnosis of a backed up drain line. He helped me get enough of the line cleared on my own to regain functionality and a comfortable night sleep for my family. The following day he was also supportive of me trying to clear the line myself when I mentioned I had some friends who have the necessary equipment. Kassa Kool will certainly get my business in the future.

Bogdan is awesome! One of our two AC units broke on the hottest day this year(so far), and Bogdan got us scheduled on the same day! He came over, did a diagnostic for us, and told us the issue. He gave us the option to just fix(clean the unit) ourselves or he could do it for us at a very reasonable price. We opted to have Bogdan help us with that and he was efficient at it. Bogdan also checked out our other working unit just to make sure without us even asking. He also gave us pointers and advice on how to maintain the units going forward and what to look out for. Thank you Bogdan for a great experience! Highly recommend Kassa Kool for all of your HVAC needs!
