My relationship with Kase goes back decades at this point! When you find a business that knocks customer service out of the park at a fair price point, you don't bother looking elsewhere. To say the least, Kase is an extremely reliable printing company but, truly, they are much more. Previously, we managed our user guides in Microsoft Word but it was a bear to update. Kase advised me on the best software to use and I really appreciate their knowledge and design assistance as we made the transition. They take the time to provide personalized customer service, working within our tight budgets to make our money go as far as possible without sacrificing quality.
