We had a great experience working with Keith from KAP Electric on one of our investment properties. He handled the rough electrical work, installed a new panel, added wafer lights, and installed additional ceiling lighting throughout the house. From day one, Keith was easy to work with and very solution-oriented. As this was a flip project with tight margins, he worked with us to stay aligned with our budget while still delivering quality workmanship. That level of flexibility and professionalism made a big difference. Communication was excellent throughout the project. He kept us informed at every stage and even sent progress and completion photos, which was extremely helpful since we weren’t always on site. KAP did a fantastic job installing ceiling lights/fans at our house. They were quick to come out and give an estimate. Scheduling was easy and the work was completed within 2 weeks of agreeing to the estimate. The work is well done and I am happy with the quality. I think the price was fair and am overall happy.

Keith is amazing! He came out to complete a walk through and identified a solution for us. When he came back out he completed the work and now we’re able to use our refrigerator in the basement for extra food storage by running an electrical line through the walls.
