I buy the product from branch 6. I had bought two gold bangles worth approximately eleven lakhs.I was very happy when I bought that bangles, the design was also very good and I happily bought it and went back to the hotel. But when I wore those bangles the next day, I am really very shocked. The bolts on both bangles had completely come out. It was a good thing I noticed it in time, and I was completely focused on the new bangles. I went back the same day in gold market. And I went to branch six to get it fixed. They took 15 to 20 minutes to fix it. But when returned the bangles, they were fitted so tightly that we were unable to remove the screws. And I saw cut marks on the bangles as if they were cut. I told the manager there that these marks were not there earlier. The manager said that a little cutting is required to fit that screw. I said, "Did you cut my gold? Without even asking me? And the weight looks the same, so what have you done wrong?" I was completely confused as to what he was saying. I had paid Rs 11 lakh for that bangles. They took the bangles three times to get the screws fitted. I was completely shocked. The manager said we had to cut Gold for fixing. I don't remember his name, but his surname was something like Pal. Can you imagine what the situation would be like at the time when you are told that your gold needs to be cut to fit a screw? And on top of that, the weight of your bangles should also be the same as yours first.Now think what would have happened to these people with the bangles? If this people had paid as much attention to making the product as they do to getting a 5 star review, I wouldn't have had to write this review.
