At my initial visit to the office I was warmly greeted by the front office staff. I was singularly impressed with the immediate patient rapport established by Nicole,nail tech and Dr. Jameson, podiatrist.
My concerns and questions were fully answered. Dr. Jameson and Nicole were genial and created a therapeutic milieu in which I felt extremely comfortable with their professionalism and high quality of foot and nail care. Without equivocation, I gladly recommend this practice.
First visit to Dr Erin Lewis and staff. They were quick, courteous and professional. Thorough in explaining things to do for my plantar fasciitis and nail fungus. Left feeling much better after receiving a steroid injection and the insoles I purchased have made a tremendous improvement in my walk. I’m one satisfied customer
Don’t buy the orthotics. If you go to the good feet store they at least give you a song and dance. They do not guarantee or warranty the product. Within one month my orthotics were peeling apart and they replaced them one time but told me they would not endure them in the future and no longer warranty the product dispite the $700+ price tag. On top of that they charge you an extra credit card processing fee. Insane: how else are people paying for this? Not everyone is blessed with an HSA.
Doctor has no bedside manner. Immediately started dissenting my foot with a scalple without telling me what he was doing. I was shocked. It didn’t hurt; but I was in disbelief at what happened.
It’s a factory and they just churn you in and out, and charge an extra credit card processing fee just to slap you in the face and disrespect you more.
My appointment with the doctor was great, she was bubbly and cheerful, made me feel good about the news she was talking about, and gave me instructions on how to make it better.
My problem was with the calling procedures, I got a voice recording that told me my appointment time, but I didn’t remember the time. I called on Monday with a Thursday appointment and no one responded to my call.
I was there early and my appointment was until 9:45, they saw me and handle it well but I think call back should be worked on more.
