From my first contact to the bike being delivered I'm very happy.
Despite the bike being used, it looks almost new. It was very well secured on a pallet which was delivered to my door. I would definitely recommend Kaizen leisure, and I will be using them again.

I can’t recommend Kaizen highly enough. I had a great experience dealing with them. I bought a Keiser M3i. The bike arrived quickly. The website mentioned that, as bikes were pre-owned there may be some wear or surface rust however the item that arrived was like new. My bike came without a media shelf for holding Phibes/tablets. I contacted Kaizen to enquire and Niall mentioned it didn’t come with the bike but says he’d send one out anyway. The item was shipped by registered post and Niall contacted me to advise it was on its way. While he was at it he answered any questions I had and stressed to give him a shout if I had any issues down the line. Overall my experience was fantastic. They’ll be my first call next time I’m purchasing gym equipment.
