A great lunch with a frustrating twist.
We booked the 2-hour long lunch, which included three signature cocktails, and were really looking forward to a relaxed afternoon. The food and atmosphere were great, and the cocktails we did get were delicious.
But here’s where it fell short: at no point were we told that all three cocktails had to be ordered within the 2-hour window. We had two, and when we went to order our third, we were told the time had passed and we couldn’t have it. No offer of a discount or any kind of solution.
Apparently it’s in their T&Cs, but those are only visible to the person making the booking, and it definitely wasn’t mentioned by staff during the experience. A heads-up or even a bit of time management from the team would’ve gone a long way. We left a little disappointed that we didn’t receive what we paid for.
Great birthday lunch yesterday, everything from the food, drink to service was fantastic and shout out to our waitress (didn’t get her name) who was attentive and friendly in the best possible way. As per Margherita pizza was great and I stand by my opinion that the fries are the best in chch, perhaps nz.

We had the most amazing experience at Kaiser Brew Garden! The food was absolutely incredible! everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavour, but the standout had to be the calamari. Hands down the best I’ve had in a long time perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right.
What really made the night though was the service. Tyra looked after us and she was exceptional !warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Between the delicious food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service, Kaiser Brew Garden is definitely a must-visit. We’ll be back for sure!

Great vibe, excellent service, food exceptional. We had lamb pizza, calamari, fried chicken, pork belly bites and chunky potatoes. Hard to choose a favourite. Possibly too much for two people! Definitely will be back!

We shared a selection of the small plates all so delicious and even better, catered for cealiacs with seperate fryer. So good to be able to eat out with confidence.
Small hiccup at start when one of our party arrived early which meant our booking no longer appeared in system but thats a failing of the tech not the staff who were quick to escort us in anyway and found our friend! Will definitely be back.

Has got to be the best calamari I have ever had! Texture was incredible and that maple glaze was amazing. Great beers on tap too. 10/10

We came for a hens party dinner. The place was bustling. Lily who looked after us made us feel like we were the only peiple in there. She was so attentive and calm and fun. Thank you Lily
