Nathan came to do my maintenance before the winter weather hits. He was thorough and did a complete check up. Went up in the attic. He explained in terms I could understand. Nathan was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Kahl, I have had them for 2 years now and always been happy. I have their maintenance plan. Hope you get Nathan as your technician, I think you will be happy like I am.

KAHL has been the best experience in ensuring our home AC/Heater is running perfectly - especially after purchasing a new-more efficient outside unit to replace the older one.
Their Customer Service at the home Office is always quick to respond to our needs, and their Field Service Techs are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and detail oriented to get the job done quickly and efficiently - which includes any clean up and testing the equipment before they leave to ensure everything is working before they leave.
I always purchase their annual maintenance plan for the fall and spring to ensure our equipment is ready for the colder and warmer seasons.
I highly recommend KAHL without any hesitation.

Kahl HVAC provides EXCEPTIONAL service - they replaced two builder grade HVAC systems with one highly efficient variable speed three zone system in our home in Woodforest over three years ago and we have been extremely pleased with the system, installation and on going service. We have had lighting strikes and power surges in the area over the years which sometimes does not play well with such a computer controlled system, however, Kahl's has remote service access so they notify us and setup an appointment sometimes before we even know there is something wrong with the system. Just today it was acting up with error codes so I request a service call. Even though it was late morning on a Friday they did everything they could to get us scheduled before the weekend. However, minutes later Bobby Thiry called and said based on his online view of the system diagnostics we just needed to change the batteries in our remote thermostat and everything would be fine - no service call needed and NO service charge. Many more similar stories of exceptional service - Great Local Family Owned Business that treats their customers right !! - HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR UPGRADING YOUR HVAC SYSTEM AND/OR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF EXISTING SYSTEMS.

They found some problems in our existing unit--quoted us a great price on replacing everything (AC and furnace were original units)--but didn't push. They were able to get it all finished in one day. All of the guys were respectful, sharp and efficient! I've already recommended them to a friend.
