Aanrader voor kaasliefhebbers! De kaas workshop van Esther is een aanrader. Op een boerderij in de buurt van Elburg maakten we in een gezellige sfeer allemaal ons eigen Gouda kaasje. Esther is een goede workshopleider, die haar kennis van het kaas proces op een prettige manier overbrengt en iedereen helpt om de theorie in praktijk te brengen. Voeg daar koffie met taart, een lunch met veel lekkere kazen en een interessante rondleiding over het melkveebedrijf aan toe en je gaat enthousiast en een stuk wijzer naar huis. Mét je zelfgemaakte kaas. Mijn vriendinnen en ik hadden een fantastische dag.

Super dag gehad, samen met mijn vriendin, Bianca. Het was een complete verassing voor haar, aangezien ze dit kado kreeg voor haar verjaardag. Esther is een topper die met hart en ziel je de ervaring laat 'beleven'. De dag kon zeker niet meer stuk, toen onze zelf gemaakte kazen onder de pers lagen, en we over het boerenbedrijf mochten stiefelen en uitleg kregen van de moeder van de eigenaar. Esther super bedankt voor je kunde, gezelligheid, warmte, heerlijke lunch, koffie, thee en appeltaart. Dankjewel, en ik heb zeker mensen enthousiast gemaakt! Ons kaasje gaat top...nog 5 weken geduld, maar wat zal hij smaken

Zeker geen "kinderboerderij-workshop" Dank Esther voor de ontzettend leerzame dag!! Zoals je zelf al aangaf, het is geen "kinderboerderij workshop". We hebben veel geleerd over de basis van het kaas maken. Inmiddels staan alle benodigdheden voor het zelf kaas maken hier ook in huis en zijn wij benieuwd hoe onze eigen kaas smaakt over 5 weken :-) Wij zijn in ieder geval erg enthousiast. De uitgebreide rondleiding over de melkveehouderij was een mooie aanvulling op de dag. Heel interessant om te zien hoe deze wordt gerund.
