From the initial design stage, the team really listened to what we wanted and came up with a layout that works perfectly for our space and day-to-day life. Their attention to detail and ability to balance style with practicality really stood out. The installation process was smooth, well-organised, and completed to a very high standard. Everything was handled professionally, and it was clear the team takes real pride in their work. We’re absolutely delighted with the final result – the kitchen looks amazing and functions even better than we’d hoped. It’s completely transformed the heart of our home. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with KCA Kitchens from start to finish. From the very first design meeting, the team truly understood our brief and vision for the space. They didn’t just focus on how the kitchen would look or fit — they really considered the emotional side of how we wanted to live in the space, spend time together as a family, and how the kitchen would make us feel day to day. That level of understanding meant a lot to us. Every step of the process, we felt confident, supported, and in very capable hands. Communication was excellent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. One of the biggest surprises for me was discovering that this level of design and service was genuinely affordable for us. I had always assumed it would be beyond our budget, but KCA presented options that were not dramatically different from the quotes we received from the larger kitchen value chain alternatives. The difference in value, quality, and experience, however, was exceptional. Choosing KCA was one of the best decisions we made, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a new kitchen.

I was looking for a kitchen company to design a family kitchen that was a bit different to what we have had in the past and quality products. Sophie came along with amazing ideas and design our perfect kitchen. From the start Sophie kept us informed, we had many meetings to discuss our plans and timescales. When it came to the installation everything went to plan, and again excellent communication from the installation team. The installers were polite, friendly and very hardworking. They made the whole process stress free for ourselves working with our builders to ensure everything was ready for the kitchen install with all the wiring and plumbing exactly where it needed to be. We are so pleased with our kitchen and the way it blends in with our open plan area at the heart of the house. Another massive thank you goes out to our Fitter from KCA - Matt, he was so hard working and professional throughout the install. He kept us informed through the process on what was happening and always tidied up after himself. He took the time at the end of the install to talk through how everything worked and that we were happy with the installation. A special mention to Katie who managed the whole project for us, having visited a few kitchen planners, Katie at KCA was the one we felt really understood what we were looking to do but also had lots of ideas and suggestions for things we had not thought of which made our kitchen even better. Our new kitchen by KCA is now complete and we are delighted ! We started our project speaking with a small number of recommended firms who provided ideas and quotes. Most offered to upgrade the kitchen around our current layout as per our initial guidance. KCA challenged us to consider adjustments to make it work better and applied a "designer eye" to meet our brief of bringing the "outside in" and connect to other spaces using a range of complementary colours and materials. The graphics helped Wendy visualise the proposal and with the price being fair we went ahead. KCA provided a clear brief to the company which removed the old kitchen and adjusted the plumbing, electrics, flooring and wall vents. The clarity kept inevitable interface issues to a minimum. The installation by KCA was quick, to a high standard and completed on schedule. The units were made in Germany, are of good quality and there were no issues fitting them as planned. The worktops look great and were well fitted by a specialist team. Any issues were resolved efficiently and we are very pleased at the quality of the workmanship. We are happy to recommend KCA. Most companies can offer efficient layouts and quality units. Many of these firms are also able to provide a quality installation. KCA are able to combine these critical elements with great design.

KCA recently designed our kitchen. Sophie Reid was our designer and she did an amazing job. We are so delighted with our new kitchen. From the moment we met Sophie we were impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. She took the time to get to know us and our style. The kitchen was part of a ground floor refurbishment and was a large part of our project, Sophie was interested in the finishes we were choosing and we were grateful for some of her ideas and input. We had been planning our project for some time and had visited other kitchen design shops, but none of them compared to KCA. Sophie stuck to the budget we gave her and designed a beautiful and functional kitchen. We have not found any fault in the design and the fitters did a fabulous job too. Thank you so much Sophie, we have no hesitation in recommending you and would definitely use you again if we ever move house.
