I’ve booked multiple cruises with Missy and every time it has been amazing! From start to finish she is very attentive and handles our every need. She’s not afraid to tell someone what vacation/cruise will be a good fit or won’t be. She asks the right questions and thinks of every detail, ones that the average traveler wouldn’t think of. She continuously sends updates and checks in to make sure everything is good to go. Long story short…she’s awesome!!

Missy helped me tremendously with my first travel alone trip to Italy. She helped me choose a tour that met all my bucket list items. She was in contact every step of the way for months right up to travel day and after the tour concluded. Very knowledgeable about the country as she travels as well. Missy did a great job helping my mom and so plan an epic Celebrity cruise. She was incredible when we decided to completely switch itineraries and everything switched from one itinerary to another and made sure all of the travel insurance was switched as well. She is a wealth of knowledge and makes sure to remind you of a bunch of the “little” things you may not know and listens to you and makes recommendations based on what type of trip you are looking for.

This review was long overdue! My wife and I just came back from our third fantastic cruise vacation with Celebrity. I contacted Missy at Cruise Planners in December 2022 after unsuccessful attempts to book a cruise vacation online by myself. Missy was very knowledgeable, highly professional and efficient. We were so happy to have contacted Missy, because we had no clue about various cruise lines and what would be the best for us based on our needs and preferences. She helped us navigate through various cruise lines, and recommended Celebrity Equinox for our first cruise vacation. We had a vacation of our lifetime, and enjoyed it so much that we booked another cruise with Celebrity while on ship. Needless to say that contacting Missy was one of the best decisions I made over the past few years. I can certainly go on and on to talk about how wonderful Missy is, but I will only say that you will certainly do yourself a huge favour by contacting Missy for your cruise vacations. I would definitely recommend Missy to help plan your vacations! While she doesn’t just do cruises- she did help plan a cruise for me and my whole family. So 3 rooms total. She accommodated different needs/wishes and got us all within a few rooms of each other. She planned everything from start to finish with TONS of email and text reminders of what to expect and how to plan properly. THEN on boarding day I could not access my sea passes- as I am in line and needing to show them I sent Missy a quick text, assuming no way she would get back to me in time and within a minute she emailed me exactly what I needed.
That’s service!!
I will definitely be using her again, and if you want a smooth vacation experience- I’d recommend you do too!

Missy Hoskins is definitely the ne of a kind when it came to booking a cruise. From the time of booking to the time of sailing off. See has everything you need. Not only has she personally been on over 60+ cruises herself. She has help thousands of people book. My wife and I definitely plan on using her services for years to come
