Kieran is highly skilled in his profession . My left arm was sore for weeks due to a trapped nerve in my neck. He gave me some neck exercises to do at home after he also manoeuvred my neck and head a bit. Just after one session, I could already feel a relief in pain. He is also a great listener and askes the right questions . I can highly recommend Kieran if you need specialised treatment. I will definitely use his services again in future!!! Happy Client Helen P

I had a very positive experience with kieran at just one body. Kieran sorted my problem with one visit and showed excellent knowledge and interest in keeping the problem away by demonstrating stretching techniques that aided rehabilitation. Overall an extremely positive experience and I would fully recommend kieran and the just one body team

Fantastic clinic. I attended Stephen with neck and back pain. Had two sessions with excellent results. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this clinic and Stephen. He explains all treatments and answers any questions you may have.

Couldn’t recommend Stephen enough - he got on top of my niggles but gave me practical advice to make sure I don’t get injured again. Super knowledgeable, super friendly. Should I ever get an injury again, I know where I’ll be going

I started seeing Stephen about 4-6 weeks after dislocating my shoulder at Rugby Training. In just a few sessions he was able to help me restore full mobility and confidence in my shoulder.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to recover from any Sports Injuries or mobility issues.

Went to Kieran with problem with my hip and he was able to fully breakdown why it was happening and what I would have to do to fix it. He then took me through the exercises in his on site rehab room. A fantastic facility and service!
