We’ve had the Christmas blend and the Ethiopian single origin roast beans - both have been absolutely delicious. I was considering knocking a mark off as our first order didn’t have the roast date printed on the bag, but the customer service in response was excellent - very quick response, roast dates supplied immediately by email and a discount off next order as a gesture of apology. All in all highly recommended so far.
Jurang as my preferred supplier
I was looking for a competitive price on a good grinder and ended up selecting Jurang. I was very pleased with their prompt delivery, great packaging and the free bag of beans they included. I have now decided after surveying the market for buying beans that Jurang seem hard to beat for Fairtrade beans and will order 1 kg bags for best value. The Wilfa Uniform+ Coffee Grinder (Black) they supplied has been excellent - exactly as described - so I am very happy.

Good service - New Jura coffee machine purchased at a competitive price. Delivered promptly - the machine came direct from Jura UK, and a separate box of "goodies" came from Jurang. The sales staff were helpful as I wanted to check a number of things before I ordered.

We purchased a machine for the office rather than leasing via another company due to the excellent price and service provided by Jurang. Machine arrived promptly and is excellent and the coffee is pretty fantastic too !
