Good service - New Jura coffee machine purchased at a competitive price. Delivered promptly - the machine came direct from Jura UK, and a separate box of "goodies" came from Jurang. The sales staff were helpful as I wanted to check a number of things before I ordered.

We purchased a machine for the office rather than leasing via another company due to the excellent price and service provided by Jurang. Machine arrived promptly and is excellent and the coffee is pretty fantastic too !

Although Jurang had run out of the coffee that I'd ordered (it was no longer being produced by Cafe Direct) Juan quickly emailed me to let me know, and then very speedily put through a full refund for me. I shall definitely go back to Jurang with another order. Great customer service.
