Matthew and Stephen were exceptional from start to finish. They cleared my uncle’s house with real professionalism, care and efficiency. Their organisation was impressive, they worked quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. They treated the property with respect, kept me updated throughout, and made a difficult task feel easy. Truly outstanding service and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Just AWFUL
AWFUL experience with this Company. Agreed a price of £125 verbally by their office staff, Alan for a 3 seater sofa to be uplifted from my flat . On pick up day, when Daniel arrived at the flat ,Daniel called to say the uplift would be £225!!! An increase of £100!!! They tried to bump me by £100!!!
When I insisted on the price I was quoted originally, Daniel phoned the office and came back to say there had been a misunderstanding and the quote was now £135. I had no option but to accept it.
This was a 1 item pick up, a small 3 seater sofa ( I have photos and dimensions to prove it) so there was absolutely no reason for me to be quoted an extra £100 when Daniel came to uplift it. I was transparent and open from the start, can’t say the same for them.
AVOID this Company. Your bill will be substantially higher when they come to uplift.

Junk-it deserves every bit of their five star rating. I had them out to clear a bunch of mystery junk from my attic, and it was honestly one of the best trade experiences I’ve had. It was dead easy to book the job in, with very little lead time. Communication was great.
And on the day, Steven and Dom not only did the job thoughtfully and well, but they were a downright delight to chat with. 18/10, would absolutely hire them again. Thanks guys!
I requested Junk-It to carry out some preliminary clearance of rubbish bags, old kitchen equipment, chairs and miscellaneous stuff from our first floor tenement flat in the West End of Glasgow. Two of their operatives arrived promptly last Monday at the time agreed and despite the hot weather and road works in the road outside carried out the work to my complete satisfaction. I will use them again.
I've used Junk-It around six or seven times. They're always prompt, reliable, reasonably priced and happy to take on any job. The guys who come to take the stuff this time (Eddie and Ryan) were very friendly and efficient, as their staff always are. Highly recommend.
