Brilliant service. Used them today to pick-up a deli-fridge from my bakery in the New Town (Archipelago Bakery). They also helped to bring the new one in which was so kind of them. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent response/customer service from start to finish. Always replied really quickly and it was easy to communicate via Whatsapp and then email. Hard-working guys and they worked really quickly (they were in and out before I knew it!) and efficiently which was amazing as we were able to stay open the whole time. They arrived well before the agreed time which worked really well for me. They were really tidy, so helpful, friendly, fast workers and excellent value for money. I would definitely use Junk-It again, in fact, they are the only business I would use again to remove stuff like this! Really impressed and as a female business owner I was really appreciative of the extra help they gave me. Thanks so much.

Submitted the form on Tuesday for work to demolish and remove a summerhouse and within the hour had a slot booked for today (Thursday). Eddie and Mikey carried out the work and were fantastic. Both very friendly and they were finished in an hour, even cleaning up the smaller pieces of debris. A good price for the service too, would recommend to any one for hassle free removals. Very pleased.
Paul and Sam arrived on time, having 'phoned me in advance to advise me of their arrival. After a swift appraisal of the goods I wished despatched, they gave me a quote and offered me to either return another time or just do the job now. I chose the latter and, within 15 minutes, my junk was gone. A friendly , no fuss and professional service. Thank you.
The whole process was so quick and easy. Within less than two days of my initial enquiry, two friendly, polite guys (Alex and Connor) had shown up bang on time and whisked everything away. No complaining, no having to chase them up - so much better than similar services I've used in the past. Junk-It was recommended to me, and I'll be passing that recommendation on.
