Great Company & Great customer service !!! Set everything up left and even left 2 extra extension chords and gas for the generator!! Just in case !! Absolutely loved it !!

An amazing team. Price is definitely in budget. Early install late pick up. Reasonable insurance policy. Worth the money. We had so much fun! It was the perfect size for our yard.
Expect to have a clear path to set up area. And Expect friendly and professional customer service.

Had a terrible experience with this company. My go to company didn't have a water slide available so I tried this company out. The slide was set up improperly causing burns and scars on 10 children at our party. When brought to the owners attention he only complained about the slide being used improperly. The smaller children who stayed at the bottom of the slide which was majority of the time sustained no injuries becaue they weren't using the slide. The older kids who tried to use the slide all sustained serious burns on their back sides legs and arms. This owner had no intentions or care to help us resolve this issue. All he could say was his team has been working for him for so long and couldn't possibly have made this mistake however my pictures show other wise. I do not trust this company his products or his workers. I highly recommend to find another company. Please review photos attached of the injuries due to the slide being faulty and not put together properly by his team. These kids were bleeding and burned and in pain today. Definitely seeking a lawyers advise for this!

Jordan as the owner of the business I never want any of my customers to have a bad experience so we work very hard to provide quality and safe inflatables for our customers. Y’all’s and the children’s safety is our top priority but it is also extremely important that our inflatables are used properly and in your specific case the children did not use the water slide safely. Without y’all’s knowledge the kids poured a bottle of dish soap on the slide and also used inflatable tubes to go down the slide and both of those items were present in and or around the water slide when we went back the next to pickup. Also, we dropped off the slide early and let y’all keep it until the next day and no one bothered to call me to let me know that there was a problem with the slide. Also I personally went the next day to do an inspection and the workers did a good job setting up the slide and in no way was it unsafe or improperly setup. The kids used the slide all day and it wasn’t until very late that I received a text with pics showing scrapes in the kids. The pics you posted of the children show a swimming pool in the background and your yard does not have a pool, it is a very small yard with enough space to fit the slide so not sure where you took that photo. My workers did tell me that when they dropped the slide off you and other adults were smoking marijuana in front of children so maybe parental supervision was not adequate. I can’t take responsibility for this as we did everything to make sure the slide was there early, it was installed correctly, allowed yall to keep overnight without extra charges and i personally took the time to go inspect the installation.
