We absolutely loved working with O‘ahu Jump. The staff helped us choose which inflatables would be best for our event, and guided us regarding the generators. When we asked if it was possible to also hire an attendant they were able to provide one. They set up the day prior, ensuring that our event could start on time (early in the day).
When it came to set up, they arrived within the 1 hour window they had promised and were professional and thorough. When it came to the day of the event, their attendant showed up on time and helped get everything set up in a timely and orderly fashion. All of the inflatables were clean, and they even provided a small tarp for the keiki to put their shoes when they were in the obstacle course and bounce house. All inflatable games came with everything that was stated (various balls, hoops, etc). Nothing was missing and everything has been kept really nice.
I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for inflatables and great service. We will use them again for our event next year.

Rented a water slide for the grandchildren for Easter. They loved it! Would definitely rent again.

Oahu jump was great. So easy to book, they kept me informed of when it would be dropped off and picked up. The people who set it up were quick and easy to work with! Highly recommend Oahu jump and will be using them in the future!

I loved the services provided!! We got the purple castle with a slide and the setup and take down were so swift and amazing!! They made it easy to communicate with them via text and was very accommodating with any changes (time or additional items). Overall loved it!!

We had THEEE best experience again. You can’t go wrong renting a bounce house for your kids. They came early, great communication before, during, and after event. Cleaned up nicely and very very respectful to our family and property! We had the best party.. so much fun. Thank you again for everything.

Pros - the set up guys were very nice and helpful. The bounce house also arrived the day before the party which was perfect since on the day we were busy setting everything else up.
Cons - the bouncer arrived very dirty with caked on dirt on the slide. Luckily it arrived the day before but cleaning the bouncer was not what I expected to have to do. My expectation was that it would be cleaned prior to arrival, there is no way that happened. For the removal the workers had a different hand truck that did not fit through the gate to my yard. The worker literally had to run and body slam the bouncer linebacker style to get it through the gate which caused minor damage to my gate.
I have my children’s birthdays in Sept, Dec and Jan. I’ve rented bouncy houses and a waterslide through Oahu Jump for all 3 celebrations. Even during the usual high peak months, we’ve never had an issue with getting a rental that fit our needs! Even when we decided last minute (within the week)..we still got something that our kids loved! Outstanding service for all 3 experiences! Their rates are awesome for what you get. We love their “up to 48 hour delivery” option. It gives us extra “party prep” time for the day of the party, without having to worry about the delivery. Plus, the kids don’t complain about enjoying the rentals for an extra day! Awesome communication before, during and after the delivery! The delivery guys were great! Fast setup, break down and awesome to talk stories with! We will never rent from another party rental company again lol. Mahalo Oahu Jump!
