I purchased a Fama electric recliner chair 4 years ago from Julia Jones. I thought I had a small problem with the chair. I contacted the company yesterday on WhatsApp the post was answered very quickly. Zeta said, Rob would call round this afternoon to see what was what, upon his arrival Rob took the seat cover off had a good look all over the chair, made a slight adjustment to one arm, redressed the chair and Hey Presto the chair was as good as new. Thank you to Julia Jones furniture for a truly 5 star service.
