Jubilee Review
Overall: Jubilee is more than just a website template—it’s a design experience tailored for brands who care about impact, clarity, and aesthetics. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to create a polished, meaningful online presence with ease and confidence. It’s truly a five-star tool for modern brands. Pros: Jubilee has completely elevated our brand presence with its beautiful, intentional website themes and thoughtful approach to user experience. Their clean, modern design layouts make it easy to present information clearly while still feeling luxurious and brand-specific. Whether you’re building a business site, portfolio, or wellness brand (like ours), Jubilee offers the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Their templates are not just visually appealing—they’re optimized for performance and easy navigation. Every detail feels crafted with purpose. Cons: While some platforms might come with a steep learning curve or lack personalization, I’ve had no issues using Jubilee. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to bring my brand vision to life effortlessly.
Great (but I need ten characters)
Overall: Overall I have been a loyal customer of this company. They have provided my bankruptcy software for years. Pros: The company is very responsive to tweaks and questions as well as keeping things up to date with local rules. I guess since we don't have a choice, using the cloud is the only option. For the most part the work flow seems intuitive. The client portal for uploading documents is GREAT. Very useful. Cons: One of the things I dislike the most is the log-in process. Every time I have to enter my log in information even though I have checked "save my information" and "keep me logged in." and then I have to verify the browser - even though I was just on the program less than 24 hours ago. I have tried different browser and still face these little annoyances so that tells me it's the website.
No trouble, affordable bankruptcy product for law firms.
Overall: Great experience with a software I can count on. Many cases have been filed using this product. I have been able to figure it out on my own and the price is low, making it an easy decision. Pros: Everything in one place. Simple enough for me to understand. Cons: Nothing negative to report about this company.
Reliable and User-Friendly Cloud-Based Software
Overall: I have been using this software for over a year, and it has been a game-changer. It allows me to access my files from anywhere, and if I ever have a question, their support team responds promptly. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. The software is intuitive, making it easy for me to navigate and complete my tasks efficiently. Pros: Time-saving, reliable, and straightforward. I can manage everything without any hassles. Cons: None at all; it meets all my needs perfectly.
Jubilee. Inexpensive. Fast. Accurate. A Great Choice for a Bankruptcy Law Firm.
Overall: Excellent. Pros: The cloud feature enables sharing of preparation of documents. Cons: When they switched from LegalPro they didn't incorporate the document preparation subprogra Flash Docs. How I miss my Flash Docs. But you can switch the documents you created to MS Word Templates.

Thank you so much Kurt. We promise to keep up the good work as best we can!
Great bankruptcy software
Overall: Jubilee has allowed me to refuse my software stack and is now my crm, client portal, and petition prep software. Pros: I’ve been using Jubilee for over a year and I have been watching for years before that. At first it was difficult to use but the functionality had dramatically improved and has only been getting better. With the case management payments and now calendar tool it’s become my primary software for all my legal work. Cons: Needs document automation capability. They have been working on adding document automation for a while. They have flash docs in their desktop software, but this isn’t available on jubilee yet.
Jubilee User
Overall: Jubilee is, of course, a bankruptcy document preparation program. I find that it supports all of my needs for basic bankruptcy schedules and chapter 13 plans in my jurisdiction. They are constantly adding features. Pros: Jubilee is a cloud based program. That means that I can access it anywhere that I can access the internet. It probably has more "bang for the buck" than any comparable bankruptcy program on the market except for BankruptcyPro. BankruptcyPro is their non-cloud based program. Also, their customer support is excellent. Cons: It is not as intuitive as their non-cloud based program, BankruptcyPro. The learning curve takes some effort but I was probably spoiled with BankruptcyPro which took almost no effort.
It has some drawbacks but is affordable and efficient
Overall: Jubilee is an affordable option for an attorney that does not handle a significant number of bankruptcy cases. Pros: The software integrates with credit reports and allows for the reports to be imported directly in the software. Cons: The software is not user friendly or intuitive. I've had to call customer support for assistance on the software. It is more complicated than it needs to be.
Jubilee
Overall: Excellent, I would not go anywhere else, they get back to us immediately, the price is very reasonable and the staff is amazing, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are long time friends of our firms. Pros: I love the cloud-based program. Since we switch we no longer have the need for an expensive network, all we need is the internet. I have been with Legal Pro for over 10 years and they are the best. The support team is incredible, the program is easy to use and they update constantly. Cons: I am really looking forward to the point when they incorporate the documents so this program can be the only program needed for our cases.

Thanks Tina! We appreciate you letting those who are considering new software know how we work for our clients.
Needs text test on trial version
Pros: Easy to enter info. logical gprgression for bky petitions Cons: Text message feature disabled on trial version. Not able to use it to determine functionality. Too bad... That feature was significant given the fact that for many clients that is the only way to contact them consistently. I have not subscribed to Jubilee at this point in time.

The texting feature is available for the trial. We will reach out to you to determine where the confusion is.
Jubilee initial review
Overall: I am hopeful the glitches and functionality will improve. Pros: That it integrates with several products and is full you web-based. Cons: There are sometimes more clicks and it isn’t as intuitive as Bankruptcy Pro. I have encountered several times when parts of the software wouldn’t work correctly or save but later work. I had a frustrating issue with exemptions that caused me a lot of extra work and ultimately was a software glitch, but’s the first time I called support couldn’t figure it out and I though the it was me.

Thanks for your comments. We are refining data input forms every week and you should see regular improvements with the ease of use.
Customer Service and low cost of entry
Overall: Excellent. Pros: I use Jubilee exclusively for my new bankruptcy practice because it's pay-as-you-go feature ensures that overhead cost for bankruptcy software does not destroy my practice in its infancy. It also has incredibly responsive and friendly customer service. Cons: The biggest problem is that I cannot link back from a draft form to the place within the program where I need to input the information for that place on the form. I am still learning where information flows from input to forms.

Thanks for the feedback. Linking from the form to the data entry screens would be challenging in many ways - but we'll add it to our wish list.
Not recommended for Chapter 13 bankruptcies
Overall: I find that I have spent way too much time trying to figure out how to draft a Chapter 13 plan. There are too many issues to make this reliable right now. Pros: I liked the layout, appears very well organized and while it was much different than the program we used before, it was easy to use and get used to. Cons: The inability to prepare a Chapter 13 plan. As someone who does more Chapter 13's than 7's, this program is not very helpful. The Chapter 13 plain Jubilee is not very well structured for the Colorado plan, and there are sections that I can't enter any information. Also frustrating is that when I enter information into the system they do not appear on the finished form, no matter what I try. I also do not like that you cannot have liberty to edit the form. I would like to see the ability to make edits on a Word format. Right now, I have to convert from pdf to Word and the formatting never seems to work out right.
It is Perfect for my Needs
Pros: Easy to use and affordable for occasional filers. Customer service has been great the two occasions I have had to use it. Cons: Sometimes I have to file a petition late at night or early in the morning due to a pending foreclosure. The customer service is unavailable at those hours if I have a problem..
Great for Assistants
Overall: Very Pleased. Pros: This software is simple and easy to use. My assistant was able to complete her first petition in probably an hour. I will continue to use this software for as long as I practice. Cons: Filing seems to be a little difficult. I have to separately pay filing fees and file the Creditors Matrix and Social Security verification separately.
Jubilee Bankruptcy Software
Overall: Very well satisfied. Pros: The "cloud" feature - I can work on cases anywhere I go and I am not limited to one desktop computer or one place to work. Cons: Hmmm, hard to say. Anytime I have had an issue, I call the LegalPro office and get immediate help. The issue is usually resolved very quickly.
No anxiety with this software
Overall: Jubilee allows me to be dynamic and take on more work without losing quality. Pros: Forms are constantly being updated. Software is easy to use. Cons: I have had some issues with jurisdiction. Sometimes the software selects the wrong division. I imagine this is due to some divisions reducing services at certain court houses.
