I had an excellent experience with Jay Trucks & Associates. My case took nearly two years, and throughout that entire time they stayed consistent, professional, and fully committed to getting the best outcome for me. One thing that really stood out was their communication. They kept me informed at every stage and made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. Even though I live in Washington and my case was in Michigan, they handled everything—including going to court on my behalf—so I didn’t have to travel or stress about logistics. They ultimately secured a $20,000 settlement for me and were completely fair on their fees, only taking $4,000. I felt like they genuinely had my best interest in mind the entire time, not just rushing to close the case. If you’re looking for a legal team that is reliable, communicative, and actually fights for you, I highly recommend them.

Hi everyone I just want to say that having Jay trucks was the greatest thing I ever did once you are rear-ended in an accident and you're so distraught and hurting and you're not sure on what to do next I sat at my table with my husband and we said we should find a lawyer when we did so the first name that came to mind was Jay truck and associates PC I've always seen them on TV ads everywhere so I said let's give it a try. So we called Jay trucks and associates and we talked to a lawyer name Josh McFarland and I have to say he was nice polite caring and everything that you would expect from a lawyer I always wondered are they going to be rude to me what do they want it from me what do they expect from me and all he was is caring their secretary Shelly also just as nice and friendly they treated you like a friend or a family member not like someone just off the street. They helped me through everything and they were always there to talk to if I needed it specially Shelly I didn't expect Josh to call me and tell me himself what the results was or how things were going but he did and that made everything better my whole experience with j trucks and associates is one for the books that is for sure I will always remember what they did for me and how they treated me and my husband too they always treated us with respect and I think j trucks and associates PC and especially I think Josh and Shelly So if you're looking for a lawyer get a hold of Jay trucks and associates PC

Hi my name is Romandell Vinson. I suffered a terrible back injury shoveling snow at a Wendy's I was employed at. I lost my place, then dealt with homelessness as an out come. Now dealing with homelessness and not being able to walk I dealt with thieves stealing my belongings. Phone wallet ect. It's been about 6 months but now I'm in a shelter and still have back problems. I don't know if my case was dropped or not but I'm getting better and now looking to see if I'm still a client of j trucks & associates. I can’t sing enough high praises for the Jay Trucks & Associates legal team, especially Jayson Chizick and Christi, who worked directly on my case. This was a long and frustrating process, and the defense dragged it to the point that most people would possibly have given up, and I wanted to many times. Jayson and Christi always welcomed calls or emails, listened with understanding and showed me grace at times when I was highly emotional. Jayson agreed to not settle unless I felt it was fair. Max Trucks and his skilled team at the firm handled my workers compensation case from start to finish. In the end, I could not have been happier with the winning results.
