A huge thankyou to the team at JTP Joinery - Taylor, Jake & Herbie - who refurbished three of our Georgian sash windows. They worked in our home skilfully & unobtrusively & did a great job. They tidied up after themselves & we appreciated their patience with our two Bearded Collies who take their security duties very seriously! We would definitely use JTP Joinery again.
We experienced great service from JTP Joinery from the initial contact, order and through to the installation. Chris was so helpful and kind in returning to fix a few snagging issues after installation. We're delighted with the work and our new windows are wonderful, plus are keeping our house so much warmer. JTP are provided us with an excellent service, they hit all of our critical timelines and there managers and workers were polite, friendly and good to work with. The end product was exactly what we asked for, when we asked for it and for the price that was agreed.

We’re so pleased with the restoration of our sash windows by Phil and the team at JTP Joinery. For us, it wasn’t just about keeping the character of the beautiful windows, it was about making them safe and operational again.
The difference was evident immediately - they looked great, opened like a dream and stayed up!! Then most recently,, when the recent gales came tearing up the slipway right by the house, the windows didn’t budge — no drafts, no rattles, no whistling. The whole place feels cosy again, and we couldn’t be happier.
It took us a long time to find a local company willing to restore rather than replace, and we’re delighted we found JTP. Their workmanship and care are second to none, and we’re already talking with them about another project.

I love my new window, it's excellently made and looks great. No more condensation in my bathroom!
The fitters were really lovely guys and very helpful.
There were a couple of little bits of finish that could be improved but I mentioned this to the installation manager and they came straight back and sorted them out with no fuss!
They are however Very Expensive, each window cost the same as a family holiday and the director who came to quote wasn't particularly friendly.
They are good quality and should last my lifetime with a bit of care, so should be worth the money if you can afford them

We had 7 windows and a door manufactured and fitted by JTP. The process was efficient, the products were good and the fitting was of good quality.

I had 2 replacement double glazed wood framed sash windows fitted. I was inspired to contact JTP as a neighbour had recommended them. I'm so pleased I did! I had researched other double glazing companies only to find them far more expensive and unable to fit sashes. The 2 guys that fitted the windows (Jake and Jack) were both very professional nice guys, always cleared up after themselves.
I would highly recommend.

Previous to JTP fitting our new windows we had leaky draughty softwood single glazed windows. Phil/Tayler and his team replaced the faulty windows with new double glazed hardwood accoya windows which satisfied our local heritage and planning officers. We now have sound, attractive looking windows in keeping with our heritage building which can be opened and closed with one finger. The team were left to.complete the project while we were away on holiday. Upon our return our apartment was spotlessly clean and they had all taken great care, a real credit to the workforce which also included DTP suggested decorator Mark. We would highly recommend and are really pleased with the finished product.

Due to being in a conservation area we were refused permission to fit UPVC windows and had the appeal refused. We were quoted over £30,000 for replacement timber sash windows which was too much for us. I searched the internet and found JTP offering replacement sashes fitted into your existing frames. The service was very good right from the initial home visit and detailed survey through to the actual fitting. We had two new Georgian style windows and five sets of replacement sashes (the sliding parts) as well as four bottom half frame replacements to get rid of any rot. We had Herbie and Jake doing the fitting and I have to say they did a brilliant job with the finish being way beyond our expectations. Very professional in their work and pleasant to get on with. The vacuum followed them everywhere so there was minimal dust or mess. The cost was very reasonable compared with having complete replacement timber sash windows, less than half the price we were quoted by a local window installer. We are really pleased with the end result and would recommend JTP Joinery to anyone.

Fabulous work on our Sash Windows, JTP have delivered new double glazed sashes into the existing boxes. From the very beginning the team have been great at explaining options, sharing recommendations and helping us to decide how best to proceed.
