Dear Erin,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your kitchen remodel with JTeK Construction, Inc. I sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns, even in light of being let go just days before completion. I understand this is your prerogative, especially as I was actively working to resolve these minor issues at the time.

While I am truly sorry to hear about the delays and communication issues you encountered, it has always been our aim to maintain open lines of communication with our clients. It’s disheartening to learn that we fell short in this critical area. Your insights are invaluable and will contribute to improvements in our processes moving forward.

I acknowledge the unacceptable errors in the cabinet installation layout concerning the oven, which I was aware of and addressing at the time of your decision. The discrepancies in hardware counts were due to the supply store being completely out of stock; we were installing as we received items. However, I understand that when you are already frustrated, patience runs thin.

Our team is committed to upholding high-quality standards, and I regret that we did not meet these in your case. I take full responsibility for these oversights and completely understand your frustration.

Although I no longer have the two subcontractors initially hired for this project, I have taken steps to address these concerns in future projects. I am now working closely with new subcontractors who share my commitment to delivering quality service and workmanship. This will ensure that my future clients do not face similar challenges. I understand that the recent changes in subcontractor performance were a factor in your experience, and I want to clarify that the photos you received were indeed a reflection of ongoing work. It was never our intention to leave you feeling that the project was finalized before it truly was.

Thank you once more for your candid feedback. It is my sincere hope that you will be our last negative experience. While JTeK Construction, Inc. undertakes many projects each year, we understand that despite our desire for 100% quality, there may be rare occasions when we fall short. We will learn from this experience and improve our services across all areas moving forward.

Our Commitment to Improvement

We take this experience seriously and are dedicated to enhancing our services. Here’s how we plan to work better for you:

• Quality Assurance: Implementing stricter quality control measures to exceed industry standards.
• Client Communication: Ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Feedback Mechanisms: Actively seeking client feedback to continuously adapt and improve our services.

At JTEK Construction, we understand that our reputation is built on your satisfaction. We are committed to learning from our experiences and working diligently to provide you with the quality and service you deserve.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and we have already implemented processes to ensure this does not happen again.

Wishing you the best,

Jerald Combs
