Dean the Tech and Joey the Owner came out and made things right even though there were several issues with the failed compressor in the outside AC Condenser. There was a problem with the Alliance compressor unit that is used on the American Standard units and two replacement compressors later, the system was fixed and it was a testament to the guys that stuck with it and got it done. Many thanks for their help and expertise.
I had a great experience with j-tech mechanical. For year I felt cold in certain area of my home. His troubleshooting skills were phenomenal! I was truly impressed!

My home warranty assigned this company. The technician arrived right on time of our appointment. He identified the problem of our furnace and replaced the malfunction part quickly. I will give 5 stars based on my experience.

Michael, the AC tech was very kind, professional and knowledgeable as to what was going on with the new AC that was installed in my home but the original AC installer : The Chill Brothers did not install the AC correctly thus causing a lot of issues. Michael found out what was going on and is in the process of replacing a part that is not functioning and will stop by again when the part is received as ordered!! I would recommend the company and Michael any time one needs AC fixed! Thank you

AC had been not cooling for a few days, getting uncomfortable while I got quotes. A good friend recommended J Tech and so glad he did!! Needed coil replacement. Mr. Louis did a fantastic job! My gas furnace was not working, so I was out of AC for over a month. He diagnosed the problem and had fixed it. He replaced the blower motor and the board. And, my ac has started working. He was knowledgeable about and had done the job well! Thank you very much! I recommend that company to anyone who needs help his AC or gas furnace . After reading the customers' reviews and saw how caring was Mr. Louis, I also have joined the bandwagon. Thank you.
