Following collection of my vehicle from JS Coachworks, I identified a scratch on the inside of the windscreen (drivers side). You cannot see it as clear from the inside via photograph but visible by the eye. And another mark on the front bumper where it aligns to the bonet, which looks removable and could be some kind of product/glue/wax used on the front bumper when it was being repaired. I can confirm that this damage was not present at the time I entrusted the vehicle to their care. I have emailed them and I am awaiting a response.

Mixed experience. They are clearly technically very proficient and do a first class job of the repair itself. And some of the staff are really professional and clearly strive very hard to make it a great customer experience. My experience was marred by two people who were rude and unhelpful, ignored calls/didn't call back as promised, and a general blind spot when it comes to managing expectations: Such a shame because it could be a great company and this review could have been 5-star.
