Mixed experience. They are clearly technically very proficient and do a first class job of the repair itself. And some of the staff are really professional and clearly strive very hard to make it a great customer experience. My experience was marred by two people who were rude and unhelpful, ignored calls/didn't call back as promised, and a general blind spot when it comes to managing expectations: Such a shame because it could be a great company and this review could have been 5-star.
Had the pleasure of these Guys working on my Porsche recently when all the insurance company wanted to do was write it off Brian and the team could not have been more helpfully in sorting it out for me and doing an outstanding job on the repairs
Can’t honestly thank them enough
I would and will go out of my way to recommend them !! And this is a genuine review thank you all

Excellent repair job. Communication both before and throughout the repair was swift and easy. All staff is friendly and professional, happy to explain and answer questions, no time wasting. I used JS Coachworks for a fairly big repair job on my car door and chassis. They did the job through my insurance and kept me up to date with every stage of the work with thorough communication, all calls accompanied by an email follow up so there was a paper trail. Really friendly staff, excellent customer service and they did such a good job on my car. Courtesy vehicle was great and every part of the process was smooth. Highly recommend!!
